1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our delivery team will inspect all orders to ensure quality before delivering them to customers. Additionally, all items are carefully packaged before shipment, along with warranty papers (depending on the product line). For defective orders, our staff will pick up the products and provide warranty service according to regulations.

2. Shipping Policy

Delivery times will be agreed upon by both parties during the contract signing process. For orders completed ahead of schedule, we will notify customers. If a customer wishes to receive the order earlier, our delivery team will arrange immediate shipment.

For urgent orders, we will expedite delivery to ensure the products arrive on the specified date.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during transport, or issues during the dispatch process.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas: Delivery within 1–2 days after receiving the order completion notice.

  • Nationwide orders: Delivery within 2–7 days, depending on location and the shipping option chosen by the customer.

4. Delivery and Receipt Policy

If the shipping service is arranged by us, we are responsible for the products and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation to the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt. If the products are damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please note the condition on the delivery receipt and immediately inform our Customer Service Department via Hotline: 028. 6251.5094 - 091.970.4433

Once the products have been signed for without any notes or complaints, we are not responsible for any requests for exchange or return due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, or incorrect items afterward.

If the shipping service is chosen and arranged by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation from our store to the customer. The customer will also bear the shipping costs and any related losses.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated according to the agreement between us and the customer.
